This range definitely puts the consumer first! Over 5 years of customer and consumer research was completed in Australia, the UK and North America. The tests included desk research, surveys, focus groups, interviews and home-user tests. The revolutionary system of herbs and spices delivers accessible herbs that are the closest thing to fresh herbs in look, taste and aroma. The herbs in the pots stack together and store neatly in the fridge and the pouches act as a tab like system. Once opened, the herbs remain fresh for 4 weeks. Understanding the consumer has definitely paid off for Gourmet Garden with this excellent design solution.
