Ace Laundry Powder/Liquid Eco Pack demonstrated excellent knowledge, skills and understanding of all aspects of packaging. Daniel and Aries’ thorough and impressive research really took their presentation and mock-up to a higher level. They used their local knowledge of sugarcane and investigated the pack and materials that it could be used in. They have compiled a package that utilises sugarcane as a biodegradable packaging material. The label of the pack meets all criteria, providing consumers with all the information they need through an easy to read and attractive design. The creative design section of their presentation also gained high marks for ‘thinking outside of the box’ through their major considerations of environmental and sustainability issues.
