What a simple, well researched entry! Identifying the recyclability of pizza boxes as his area of design, Patrick has constructed a strong and solid pack with convincing structure. He has included tabs that snap fit together to build the stability and has added a finger hole for the consumer to dismantle the box after the pizza has been consumed. The contaminated base can be removed and put into the garbage with the main body going to recycling. The design is functional, sustainable and one that uses minimal materials and encourages recycling.
