Jamie has successfully addressed each mandatory requirement set for this category. “Macaroons” is attractive, suitable to the target market and is well constructed, whilst being elegant and functional. The material has been used to the best of its advantage, with the design cut from one piece of card and the printing done on one side. Foil stamping of the product name highlights the product inside the pack. Clever thought has been given to the colour palette of rich browns and gold to provide elegant, appetising tones reminiscent of chocolate. One of the key features of the pack is the die-cut located on the side of the tray for easy opening, which allows the consumer to serve or eat the macaroons directly from the package. Simple is often the best!
